Our friends over at Navy Hill recently launched their line of Soda + Tonic. To honor their entrepreneurship, we developed a recipe for a more ‘Virginia’ take on the classic Mule. Light and refreshing, we think you’ll find that it’s easy enough to whip up at home for the perfect post-work refreshment.
- 1.5 oz Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit Moonshine
- 3 oz Navy Hill Ginger Soda + Tonic
- 5-6 freshly picked mint leaves
- 2-3 ripe blackberries
To the base of a chilled cocktail shaker, add 1.5 oz Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit, freshly picked mint and blackberries. Muddle. Add ice and shake 25-30 times. Strain into a 6 oz cocktail glass and top with Navy Hill Ginger Soda + Tonic. Bon Appetite.
