Within months of meeting, the two friends decided to open the doors of Jackson's East London warehouse to cook for a raft of strangers. Their sell-out eponymous supperclub, described by The Observer as "the hottest in town," has grown into a thriving food business which encompasses writing (formally as columnists Company and ELLE UK, now as Food Editors for Marie Claire) and major branded collaborations (from Adidas to the Arcadia Group).
